Enrichment is (and always has been) at the heart of PGL. For over 65 years we’ve been creating life-shaping experiences, helping millions of young people build confidence, resilience and skills for life, creating positive impact from primary school right through secondary education.

Our approach is built around meaningful outcomes for every child, with frameworks such as REACH and Skills Builder helping schools link adventure to real personal development. The result is enrichment with energy, purpose and impact: out-of-the-ordinary adventures that help more young people discover what they are truly capable of.
